As Magyar Nemzet reported earlier, leaders gathered in Brussels for the first nuclear summit to highlight the role of nuclear energy in addressing global challenges.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban also addressed the summit, pointing out that Europe must free itself from being held hostage to ideological approaches. The prime minister said it is in everyone's interests that nuclear energy should not become hostage to geopolitical conflicts, as our paper wrote in a previous article.
Recent challenges have further increased the importance of energy security and supply. The questions mount towards how we can produce large amounts of electricity in a cheap, safe, and environmentally friendly way. The answer is clear, only electricity produced from nuclear energy can meet all these requirements at the same time,
